The history of our company is defined by metal processing as well as production of textiles.

Our technical premises are located in Tábor but also and especially in Stádlec. We are trying dynamically to respond to progress on the market, which corresponds to our constant upgrading of technological equipment. Currently we have laser cutting center, CNC press brake, powder paint shop, equipment for locksmith production, eccentric presses, and for the complexity of our offer also some equipment for machining.

Cutting takes place in the laser burning center LVD Axel 3015-S 2, 5 kW with integrated replaceable tables. This is a new generation of equipment, which guarantees high cutting quality and the optimum process time. Other possibilities of using the machine include cutting perforated or foil-covered plates, cutting profiles, marking and engraving. Preparation of data is proceeding using the software Cadman; optimal from the customer is to send drawings in format .dxf or .dwg.

In 2007 we purchased and installed CNC press brake LVD PPEB-EFL-135/3050-2600, used for bending sheet metal with the maximum length of 3 meters with the help of bending tools. A central computer allows programming the bend sequence, automatic rebuilding of stops then ensures simple and effective procedure for the total sectioning of parts. The control unit EASYFORM ensures quality and repeatability of bends.

We can provide coating of metal parts to dimensions of 220 x 150 x 200 cm using the TRIBO and STATIKA method. Color scale is given in the sampler of RAL colors.

Metal Processing division deals with serial production of medium-locksmith character, with a focus on processing sheet metal. Our technological options are welding (CO2, TIG, spot), pressing, drilling, cutting, bending and kerbing. We have experience with the production of a wide range of parts from the serial production of the metallic fuse board cabinets via advertising stands to small furniture frames and metal fittings, including components for the automotive industry. Custom piece work and production according to customer's requirements is taken by implication.

We have at our disposal several presses – from manual combed ones or CDC hydraulic presses up to an eccentric press weighing 63 tones. We can extend this biggest press by unreeling and straightening accessories, and thus ensure effective automatic operation. In collaboration with our cooperative companies, we are able to provide production of cutting tools.

We have a few older, but fully functional machines for machining, such as blowers, lathes or drills.

During the more than 50 years history of our company we have been producing in the metal processing division a variety of our own products. As interesting examples of our production we can mention metal garden furniture, children's polytechnic tool kit or advertising light stands. Currently the major part of our production is making metallic fuse board cabinets. In addition, we specialize in metal components for single-purpose machines and equipment or medium-serial production according to customer's requirements.
